Makapu’u & Lanai Engagements

Im so excited to share these Makapu’u and Lanai Engagements on the blog today!

Makapu’u and Lanai Engagements turned out to be one of my favorite locations yet. Planning this shoot with this couple made me so excited because of both locations we were going to shoot at. We first started off by meeting at Makapu’u Lookout and taking some photos up there. They wanted some adventure and fun photos over looking east side, on top of the cliff. This day was pretty windy but made for such a fun and cute session. We grabbed some super fun poses and then decided we should be on our way to the next location. The next location was the most important location for them so we wanted to make sure we had enough time there. We got to our second location and it was absolutely beautiful. There was no one else there taking photos and we got to be just us. When we were there we felt like we were on a different planet and loved how we got to see a different side of Hawaii this way. They had a second outfit for this location and the colors they wore were so nice against the rock color. After we grabbed some photos all over there we ended the shoot. I loved being able to shoot at 2 locations and get different variety for them like they wanted. This couple was absolutely amazing and I loved taking these for them.
