Crouching Lion Engagements

Im so excited to share these Crouching Lion Engagements on the blog today!

Hands down my favorite photoshoot to date! These Crouching Lion Engagements were so fun to capture. I had the best couple I could ask for and loved taking these for them. We first started off by meeting at Kaaawa Beach and taking some photos there first. They had a Haku ( Flower Crown ) made and Lei for their photoshoot and it looked so so good with what they were wearing. The beach was pretty empty for us that day and the lighting happened to be so perfect. We got some fun beach photos here and really focused on them. I know when we were at the top of crouching lion that we would want to make sure to get them with the beautiful view, so I made sure to capture close ones of them here. After we grabbed some here we hopped back in our cars and headed over to crouching lion. We started up the hike and she wanted to keep her dress on while we hiked haha. I was totally down for this and loved that she didn’t care about the adventure. We hiked up and once we got to the top decided to capture some at the tippy top. There was only a couple other people on this hike and we got so lucky. After we got some there, she put her hiking shoes back on and wanted some of her in her dress and hiking shoes. We headed back to a flat grounded area where we would be able to move around more. The light was SO magical. The sun rays were peaking through the clouds and looked so beautiful. She switched dresses real quick and we got some more of them in that outfit. After an 3 hours of our photoshoot we decided to head back down. I really loved working with this couple and meeting them. They were so amazing to work with. I couldn’t wait to get back home and check the photos out.
